Establishing a Chapter¶
New chapters must be chartered through the Community Working Group by submitting an operational plan covering: 1. Minimum of three principal organizers from different institutions or organizations. 2. An annual schedule of open technical sessions. 3. Explicit adherence to open-source governance guidelines.
